Refer a Candidate: Share your network with us by recommending someone you believe would be a great fit at Augusta Health.
If your referral is hired, you’re eligible for a referral bonus.
Milestone Bonuses:
90-Day Milestone: Once your referral successfully completes their first 90 days, you’ll receive 50% of your referral bonus payout.
12-Month Milestone: When your referral celebrates their one-year work anniversary, you’ll receive the remaining 50% of your referral bonus payout.

Bonus payouts vary based on the position your referral is hired for.
Only positions listed on the “2025 Referral Program Flyer” qualify for referral bonuses.

No, there are currently no limitations on how many referrals a team member can submit.
Yes, your referral bonus is taxable.
Yes, you can refer someone for multiple positions. You just need to make sure that you submit a referral form for each position and that the candidate lists you as the referrer on each application that you are referring them for.
The referral must meet the qualifications and requirements of the position that they are being referred for. They also must be hired into a full-time position listed in the "Referral Bonus Amount" section, and remain in a full-time position throughout the referral processing and payout period. The referral also cannot currently be an Augusta Health team member.
You must not have or be under any corrective actions at the time of your referral payout. Team members that work in Human Resources or a supervisory role with direct reports are not eligible for referral bonuses.
