Description
This 3-day immersive experience is designed to create a deeper assimilation process for all team members hired/promoted into leadership roles (Supervisor through Vice President). Participants will learn the “Augusta Way” philosophy for leadership, gain exposure to key functional responsibilities, and have an opportunity to network with Senior Leaders and other new leaders in the organization.

Objectives of the Program:
- Formulate a deeper understanding of the “Augusta Health Way” leadership philosophy and culture
- Increase their awareness of key operational processes and the expectations of their role
- Assemble in a welcoming and supportive environment that instills confidence and reinforces their decision to serve as a leader at Augusta Health
- Experience networking opportunities with other new and established leaders to build comradery and high-trust relationships
- Evaluate their first impression of the organization and provide feedback on opportunities for improvement
