Leadership Essentials | New Leader Orientation

Description

This 3-day immersive experience is designed to create a deeper assimilation process for all team members hired/promoted into leadership roles (Supervisor through Vice President). Participants will learn the “Augusta Way” philosophy for leadership, gain exposure to key functional responsibilities, and have an opportunity to network with Senior Leaders and other new leaders in the organization.

2. Increase their awareness of key operational processes and the expectations of their role
